John toured the condo and offered practical advices on getting the condo prepared for listing. As part of the listing service, John ordered and paid for pre-inspection and excellent staging service. He even personally replaced the burned lightbulbs called out in the pre-inspection report. The overall services during the sales process were great. His market knowledge and negotiation skills led to an excellent sales price for the condo. He vetted each competing offer before preparing and walking me through a detailed excel spreadsheet comparing their pros and cons. He kept me informed during the escrow process and the sales closed smoothly. I am looking forward to working him to find a long-term house.
